Great big rooms and clean

It was great value. Clean and convenient. Food was delicious . People were friendly. A/C didn’t work well in one bedroom and we couldn’t get TV’s to connect to any streaming service and could not cast.

This is my 5th time staying at this property and just love it. Walking distance to the market. Staff are very polite! I celebrated my birthday with 11 friends. Give this property 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Awesome staff and the food was phenomenal

This property was so unique. One of my favorites was the pools and the food. The food in particular was just delicious. The staff is so helpful and super nice. So many activities and very peaceful if you are not looking for anything crazy. Very kid friendly aswell. We will definitely go back.

This was my second stay at Atelier Playa Mujeres, and both this trip and the one in 2023 were fantastic. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, the staff attentive and friendly, and the amenities were top notch. The restaurants I ate at were all delicious, a dish here or there was just ok, but by and large the food was very good. Highly recommend this place, I will definitely be back again.

Property is beautiful and staff is awesome. We received an upgrade to an ocean view suite due to our Expedia status. Restaurants are impeccable and food is delicious. Completely recommend this property!

Honestly it was excellent! The food, stay and staff! Hector and the guys from the morning buffet all sang happy birthday to me on June 18th. I would definitely go back again! Just one thing the outlet in the rooms are very loose and that kinda of annoyed me lol. Other then that all was great!

I had a great time on this trip. I was traveling with friends and family and everyone had a great time. The hotel was shutting down for a remodel 2 days after we left, but they were operating at peak efficiency. There was no degradation in service or amenities. I have stayed at several Riu properties and the brand has consistently met or exceeded my expectations
