One of the best family resorts in Cancun. Newly renovated and absolutely stunning. The beach, food, and the staff are amazing. Specially the breakfast buffet I enjoyed the most. Gabriella and Angel were one of my favorite and my wife’s. They treated us like family and as well as the rest of the staff. I definitely recommend this place. Five stars all day. Thank you beach palace and also wanted to say special thank you to Gabriella and Angel. We will be back soon 🙌

7.4/10 Good! (3,332 reviews)
Although it is a family-friendly resort, there aren't any activities for the adults.
The staff are wonderful and are quick to learn and remember names, preferences, and are very genuine. The only issue we had (if you can count it) was that the cleaning staff regularly had to be called to bring up wash cloths. Our room was cleaned daily and towels refreshed along with the mini bar restocked with soda, water & chips.
We truly enjoyed our stay. It's been a long time since we had a hotel or resort with comfortable beds & pillows.
