Sovereign Island All inclusive Vacations

It’s beautiful resort with great location and views The rooms had a lot of dust ,the bathroom hand basin poor draining very slow can’t wash very annoying , after back from town saw a cockroach on our fridge area, Swimming pool is not heated my boys were cold as reading on google it says heated pools which is not true.

The ocean view was ok but the apartment was not like the picture and the fridge was not to my standard also the utensils, the both frypans were unusable, the toaster and jug were old and the toaster was dirty. Washing machine and dryer were both dirty and not cleaned for months, the mop was dirty and the dustpan had not been emptied. Also the bathrooms were only given a tiny square piece of soap plus the shampoo forget that. We were there 4 nights and I would not go back nor recommend them.

Very nice modern rooms. The location was midway between surfers paradise and Broadbeach so you will have to walk a bit to get to restaurants and activities.

The apartment was clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The staff were wonderful.

Loved this property, it is a little dated but was tidy and roomy. Safe where lovely and helpful.
