Western Bologna All inclusive Vacations

The outdoor pool onsite is lovely, the only thing that lets it down is the smell of sewage in the area, it’s present walking round the hotel area outside. Not great. The room was booked for 2 children and 2 adults but only had 2 towels and 2 pillows which was annoying. If you book for 4 people you should have the necessary items for 4 people. The room itself was lovely and clean. The TV was a smart TV but you couldn’t use it to watch the intended smart tv apps. You could only stream from your phone using a casting app they connect to that only works with Disney+. It was ok for what we needed in driving through to break up our journey but we wouldn’t stay again.

We stayed in a deluxe suite- 2 levels and THE largest 2 bathrooms we have ever seen in our European travels. We were able to check in early after a long hot walk from the train station which was greatly appreciated. Front desk staff was super helpful with many tips on places to visit, eat, and drink. Plus they were always there to help ( couldn’t unlock our door). Main part of our room was upstairs with a comfortable bed, huge bathroom and a long shelf like table overlooking the downstairs. Lots of amenities in the bathrooms. Small fridge stocked with a few beverages. Shag carpet going up the stairs. Breakfast buffet was very good with lots of options.

A lovely hotel just a 10 minute walk from the main square. Lovely staff, lovely room and delicious breakfast served in a beautiful garden cafe. I would definitely stay again!

best stay in modena no question. The sauna and steam room are welcomed additions.

Everything and everyone there was amazing. The ONLY thing I would suggest is that they pony up for some soft sheets and pillowcases. Shockingly stiff and uncomfortable. We resorted to wrapping our pillow with a t-shirt.

Hotel felt a little shabby and in need of renovation. The walls between the rooms are paper thin so take earplugs. There were two front desk staff - one was nice and helpful, the other not. Location is very convenient and easy walking to the center of town. Breakfast is not great.
