Southern Louisiana All inclusive Vacations

The hotel is older (as are most in NOLA) but moderately well kept. We had a loft room that we couldn’t stay in because the loft area would not get cool. Maintenance even adjusted the vents with no help. The staff was wonderful though with accommodating us with another equivalent room. Although we will likely not stay here again (due to the aesthetics of the property) , I’d like to make it known that all of the staff were very kind and helpful. Also, a microwave was available on request. Btw…it was cheaper to park on the street but you have to pay every 2 hours vs daily.

The best part of our vacation was our hotel room off the pool.

I stay at this property last year when it was under a different owner and absolutely loved it. Fast forward to this year, I was thoroughly surprised to know that it had re-opened! We instantly settled on staying there. The property was easy to find and perfectly situated just a few blocks from Bourbon Street. Very easy to access, clean, spacious, comfortable and most of all we felt safe. The pool is such an added bonus! It's situated on the rooftop and made for a nice afternoon wind down. The owner was always accessible and offered wonderful recommendations. We were locked out in the middle of the night and had to call the customer service line and they had us back inside within second. The coffee shop/bar downstairs is such a fun surprise! Would definitely stay again.

Noisy construction on the floor above my room. Reservation was messed up and desk clerk made me buy another room. And said the manager would cancel my hotel.com and refund it…but never did.

Best front desk staff and valet in New Orleans!

The location is perfect for anything you can think of. The hotel staff is amazing. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Loved being able to walkout to the trolley. Just a short walk to the French Quarters, Willie Mae’s and other local attractions.
