The business center options could use a bit more attention. Ancient printer placed on a high counter that could barely be reached. Otherwise, nice people, clean (if small) rooms, excellent (expensive) food.

Giving the site an “ok” rating because of the location and the historic atmosphere. The staff were nice.
The rooms are small. The “Queen” beds were definitely double beds only. The beds were also very uncomfortable. The bathroom linens were old and threadbare. The only accessible drinking water was one fountain in the lobby. Not all of the elevators worked and they were not labeled as such. It would have been nice to have a coffee bar or something. Not worth the price at all. Disappointing.
