"The rooms were very clean, but could definitely use some upgrades and more outlets. Entertainment is a 10/10 outside of coconuts the kids activities are fantastic and the ladies who run it go above and beyond. I also hope the hotel sees this because I went to the 3rd floor north towers cleaning service room to ask for an extra garbage bag and it is absolutely way too hot in there for the cleaning people. They bust their butts and end up in a room with no air on at all. Very neglectful for people who help keep that place running and clean. GIVE THEM A FAN!!!"

"Very clean, perfect location, comfortable beds. The only thing the shower either was really hot or really cold but didnt tell the front desk until check out and they said maintenance will look at it.. would definitely stay there again.. right on the boardwalk"

"We had such a wonderful experience at Dunes Suites in Ocean City, Maryland! From the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out, everything was streamlined, easy, and welcoming. Our stay was absolutely incredible, and we truly felt at home throughout the entire week. A very special thank you to Rosa, our housekeeper, who was amazing! She was incredibly detailed and made sure our room stayed pristine, clean, comfortable, and inviting all week long. Her attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and it made such a difference in our stay. We also want to recognize Angelica, the General Manager. She was professional, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell she has a real talent for leading her team, and it shows in the wonderful service provided throughout the property. Everyone we encountered was kind and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Ocean City. Dunes Suites truly felt like our home away from home, and we will definitely be returning! Thank you to Angelica, Rosa, and the entire team for making our vacation so memorable! ❤️🌊☀️"

"The Seabonay we found out was also part of the Dunes Motel. Both had the same staff and you could park between both motels. The motel was dated but you can see little upgrades happening. The staff were very friendly and helpful, location was nice. The one drawback was it was very moist and damp but that could of been from the ocean otherwise a great place to stay"

"Perfect spot by the boardwalk and it had a pool only thing is the beds were uncomfortable. Too low and the mattress you could feel the springs at times but great location and free parking. The maid didn’t speak English had to use my phone to translate"
