Wonderful hotel in Turino! The staff is amazing and so helpful! Our room was huge and we had 20 ft high ceilings! Huge tall windows! Great view! Very modern and clean! The only draw back was the mattress on the bed was very hard/firm. I think this is becoming more common in Europe. But it feels like sleeping on the floor it is so hard. Being from the United States, I am used to plush, pillow soft mattresses. I had to take Tylenol and Aleve to get through the night, My legs and hips were hurting so much. But maybe other people like things more firm.

Great position in centre, with underground parking. Spacious room and hotel in general. Above all the honesty of the staff. We inadvertently left a bag with both our laptops on the garage floor when we left! It was kept safe for us until we were able to return and everything was there. So special thanks to the garage staff and Claudio at reception in particular. Not everyone would have been so honest. Many thanks and we’ll be back!

Stay was perfect for a few days in Turin, location was extremely ideal and everything I needed was easily accessible.

About 20 min from the airport, stayed for one night and it was a comfortable stay. Limited dining options in the area.

Absolutely beautiful resort in a quiet town away from it all. Staff is amazing. Loved the small but tasty breakfast included with the stay. Wonderful spa that was also included with the stay. Neither the indoor nor outdoor hot tub/jacuzzi was open which was very disappointing. You must have a car if you plan on exploring any other ares of Lake Lugano.

I really enjoyed this hotel and was beautiful in Torino. The breakfast and dinner options were excellent and was very close to many nice visiting spots. I would recommend this as a stay if you’d like to be in the heart of the auction.

Staff not friendly and the area super boring

Lovely place! Check in was a breeze and the woman at the desk was SO very nice and helpful. We had a very early flight and the shuttle service was perfectly timed for us. The driver even picked us up about 10 minutes early! Poor guy, having to get up at 4 AM to drive us all of a mile! He was a very nice and very professional young man. Aperitivo was nice in the dining area. Our only complaint would be how unbearably hot the room was. We turned the thermostat down, but still had to have the window open all night. That wouldn't have been too bad except for the smoke entering our room from outside when someone lit a cigarette.
