Sales desks were set up right at each elevator access point to enter the lobby/food area. You were constantly pestered to "upgrade" your trip, do excursions, get massages, etc. Even after saying no and staying firm, they called your hotel room, left things under your door, and constantly asked when you got there and when you were leaving. Some sales pitch always happened. It was awful.
The pool area isn't much and most of the entertainment was either water aerobics or karaoke. Food was mediocre. The app to reserve dinner never worked and the restaurants were closed almost everyday. I definitely wouldn't stay here again.

Staff was great .. especially Estefany Expedia specialist and Brion the customer service rep
Our housekeeper Veronica was also great.. my friend redefined a doctor and Victor was fantastic..
the plugs by tv did not work so we made coffee in the bathroom. The coffee pot was 2 to 4 cups land the amount of coffee in the packs were for about a gallon! Not good! Need more restaurants!

Our stay was good and the food was excellent, especially the room service that made we had a wonderful experience at Live Aqua. However, the property is a bit dated and requires quite a bit of maintenance. The shower was leaking, and the automatic curtains were out of order. Additionally, MB was not as good as expected. Despite dressing formally and waiting in line early for what should have been an excellent dining experience, MB failed to manage guest behavior, allowing the restaurant to become extremely noisy, that also influencing the staff paid little attention to our service. It was very disappointing. On the other hand, Hidden Garden was amazing, offering excellent food and service. The chef said hello to every table and asked for feedbacks.
