If you wanted to sit by the pool, you had to be out at 7:30 in the morning to mark your chair with the flags provided to you by the facility. Trying to get beach chairs and poolside chairs was very difficult. People would mark the chairs at 7:30 in the morning and wouldn’t even come use them till afternoon.

Clean room and property overall. Mediocre food, and some select staff were unwilling to help and needed reminders of what was requested.

Spring break week, so it was super crowded. Had a hard time getting reservations for dinner until quite late (900-930pm). Wish there was different option for dinner.

Just wanted to say we stayed in this resort last week for 4 nights and 5 days and the full stay was just WOW… The resort was wonderful, buffet restaurants- food was really good, all the staffs were very friendly and always available if needed, we had extra dinner restaurants which we could try, kids outdoor play area, indoor play area, kids water parks and our pool and the beach - was just awesome .. Only few things to share 1. Don’t book taxy via the resort -3 times expensive, get uber from airport -17 min drive from airport 2. Get usd or pesos for tip and other purposes

Great resort and beach view from the balcony. Rooms were clean and housekeeping was thorough. Food was good. Somethings were amazing and some things I was a little disappointed. Overall, it was good the buffet had a huge selection. I liked that we didn’t have to make a reservation and it was first come first served. We would put our name down and then go get a drink to wait for our table. Only had to wait like 45 minutes, which is fine when you’re having a drink elsewhere. Restaurants were excellent. Pool area was great, however I wish there was a swim up bar. Entertainment staff was beyond excellent: shoutout to Emmanuel - he was a rockstar and exceeded our expectations! A designated smoking area on the resort somewhere would be nice. Overall our stay was amazing and we’d go there again. Emmanuel was a selling point for us!

We loved the onsite activities throughout the day, especially the pool Zumba! The food was also great! We had a great time at Sunscape Cancun.
