This hotel was lovely. The only thing to note was the lack of air conditioning, lack of safe, and the staff did not really inform us if there was food available to order within the hotel. Very small and cozy hotel though! Wonderful location, super close to local grocery stores, shops, and the train!

It wasn't excellent it was outstanding in all respects! We were ministered to like kings and queens royalty. I wasn't expecting such amazing honest genuine concern for our needs. We hated to check out so soon, only because of distance to our extended family. The bus 23 goes to the metro Or you can rent a bicycle with a basket The neighboring Cafe and extension of the hotel shows they are popular and are in bug demand.

The 1 hotel is a beautiful property located right in the mix of it all. Easy to walk everywhere. Staff were kind and helpful. My one critique - they do not do turn down service - If you want it, it’s an additional paid service. This was never explained, and no where in the world have I ever experienced this in any luxury brand. I’m loyal to the 1 and have stayed at multiple properties.

We found the location to be great. It’s nearby La Cabra, Atelier September, and Juno the Bakery. Room was quite small but expected and since it’s a new hotel, it was quite clean. Staff was very nice as well.

Excellent location near the water and Nyhavn. Rooms were all appointed, comfortable, and had nice bathrooms.
