This property is the worst! No one was there to check us in. Waited 30 minutes then a girl strolled in saying she was at the “other property”. Bathroom door broken, washer and dryer didn’t work, desk chair broke while my husband was sitting in it, sending him to the floor. Garbage in hallway. Balcony filthy. Staff was uncooperative and refused to give us information so we could talk to management. The clerk we were talking with, turned away and walked out the door saying “my shift is over”.
I highly recommend you remove this place from your list.

I think this hotel is under new management since our last visit and the staff were much friendlier and helpful, the reception area had changed and I think the room we had (304) was easily the absolute best room in the whole hotel!

Good location. Clean, private and as described.
Issue with the code in the lift that I reported and didn’t get resolved. I was ok to use the stairs, but I’m sure it would be an issue for others less able.
