Mount Kanin All inclusive Vacations

Staff was great but the hotel is in poor condition and not clean. The location is near the metro but it is located in a residential area so there are very few restaurants.

Great hotel stayed there twice and would definitely stay there again

🇮🇹

Perfect Inn for our last night in Italy! The Inn is only 3 miles from the airport. We got off our cruise and arrived early but, were able to store our luggage for 2 euros per bag. The staff was very helpful with transportation. We decided to tour Rome on our last day and the staff helped coordinate our taxis. We were so glad that we did…Rome is amazing!! Also, we had to leave very early for our flight (around 4am.) and the staff booked a driver for us !!

My room had great views and was clean and fun.

We arrived at the Ace expecting New York cool and got something closer to a condemned building with a marketing department. Our first room faced the street, with a window that wouldn’t close. Apparently, fresh air and loud noise is complimentary, whether you want it or not. When we complained, we were told there were no other rooms available, except for one in a lower category. We had to take it. The bathroom shower leaked straight through the floor into the bedroom, leaving a lovely wet patch on the carpet. The staff’s response? A masterclass in treating a guest’s problem as though it were a personal character flaw. No urgency, no meaningful assistance, just the general impression that we were being terribly unreasonable by expecting a hotel room to have functioning windows and plumbing. In short, a dump masquerading as a lifestyle hotel. Save your money, your patience, and your dry socks. This place isn’t worth the price, the hassle, or the name on the door.

Very much enjoyed our stay before our cruise. The staff was excellent. Enjoyed drinks and dinner at their bar. It was busy and the bartender was working very hard to get to everyone. She was great! Made an excellent lemon drop!! Room was clean. Shower was excellent. The whole stay, very enjoyable. This is our new favorite place to stay before cruising!
