Two people at the reservation desk with a line that snaked around 3 times is ridiculous especially on a holiday week day. Self service kiosk are too confusing and don’t work. Decided to use a different credit card when trying to check in the self service kiosk but the kiosk sent me to the reservation desk because of this. Didn’t receive my VIP access perks either

Very clean, even the casino floor. Staff was helpful and kind. We would consider ataying again!! Seeing other hotels in the area we feel we made a great choice. Note we arw a young couple in our 30s. Food was great. Only thing that needs work is breakfast buffet for price it is NOT worth it l. We walked out. There was several lunch options and only basic breakfast options. Not worth it.
