Really bad customer service, staff wasn’t fully knowledgeable about property, I called before booking asking if their pool will be open they said yes so I proceeded to book, I end up booking a day pass in another hotel cause their pool was close.

Not sure who help me check at the kiosk she was so kind and helpful. So thankful for her. Room was nice and clean. Beautiful pool area . This was my 3rd time there. Will always come back.

The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The amenities exceed my expectations. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. Every detail was carefully thought out to ensure a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and outstanding service.

This property is unbelievable! If you are going to the Sphere, this is the best place to stay. You can walk directly to the venue, in minutes be back to the hotel.
