A clean, tidy and well presented room with all the amenities, definite value for money.

The appartment was very basic in terms of fitout and furnishings( kitchen utensils etc). Only one large and one small towel per person per stay regardless of the length (12 day stay in our case) which was quite insufficient IMO, even though there is laundry ( which is the management agency argument ) 2 towels pp would be a bare minimum given the length of stay. No service midway again didn't expect a clean but a re-supply of towels would have been nice given the length of stay. There should be different service depending on the duration of stay, so in our case, staying 12 days and to be "treated" the same as someone staying for 5 or 7 doesn't make sense. So a mini service at least say every 7 days at least would make sense.

Reception staff - not friendly and informative, not introducing fercility-swimming pool or b/fast area until asked Amenities- very basic, just shampoo ,conditioner and body wash . There is no comb or cotton balls like that Housekeeping -changing towels and emptying bins thats all. They don’t change bed sheets everyday

Hotel was clean and room was thoughtfully furnished. The ocean and pool views from our room were amazing. Location was also great - 5 minute walk to the beach and 15 minutes to Surfers Paradise Beach shopping area.

There was a view of next building dumpster from my room, so wasn’t too excited about it. Although excellent staff & service. Will prefer to stay closer to more active parts of GC next time

The check-in time was really long. The property was getting much older than my last visit and some refurbishments may need to be considered. Lifts was taking really long, sometimes could take up to 10mins of waiting for the lift to come. Also, the water flow of the shower head and toilet was poor. Reasonable friendly staffs on site but lack of decision making power. Have to refer to the manager who normally wasn't on site. They do provide daily housekeeping but only basic refreshment. Other than that, best location in Surfers Paradise. Very convenient. Lots of choices of cafes and restaurants and close to everything.

room was lovely and clean, amenities are good, arcade needs a little bit of a revamp due to damage from patrons but still fun on rainy days. The lifts were half working during our stay due to them being swapped out due to age and parts availability which slowed down getting in and out of the hotel, but this can't be helped and will be better in the long run for future stays. The hotel is in a great location for everything and a short walk to the beach which you can see from the balcony.
