The breakfast was good and the serving staffs were excellent.
The guy greeted us at the reception desk was very helpful.
However, on the day we were leaving and asked the woman at the front desk to book two 7-passenger cars. She didnt pay attention and requested for two sedans. After several reconfirmation and 30 minutes waiting at the door, she finally said there are no 7 passengers cars anymore. She and her colleague's attitude was very poor. At the end, we ended up using several taxis, and long and behold, the last one was a 7 passenger mini van!
Overall, we had good experience with the hotel, until the last day. It was ruined by these two women working at the front desk on 8/8/25.

When we arrived, we were shown to a room that was not in the main part of the hotel with a view of a rooftop. The room had been made up with a single bed even though I specifically booked a room with two beds. The Front Desk, when asked to make a change, initially stated I had requested “a king bed” when I had not. After several minutes of scrambling they finally called Housekeeping to come separate the beds into singles. The Housekeeping staff was polite, efficient and quickly accomplished the task. Front Desk staff made this seem to be much more of problem than it was.
