The property is in a great location, walking distance to shops and china town. The house keeping was not perfect but generally it is in clean condition.

Clean and tidy room, staff were friendly and the food at restaurant was very good.

There was absolutely no staff Visibility to help with luggage we had to lug our own luggage to our rooms which is unheard of / previous owners had bell staff to take your luggage from the car - foyer areas are very run down - whole hotel needs a revamp as it’s looking very stayed - it is such a shame as we have been here many times under the old owners and loved it every time - this time we have been left wanting - even the rooftop bar was empty which tells you something - this used to ALwAyS be pumping …. Do better to stay competitive

Absolutely everything was seamless, easy and enjoyable.

We stayed here for 12 nights and thought the rooms and facilities were perfect for our needs. Breakfast was also tasty. The location was spot on, right by the metro and nearby some takeaway restaurants and one metro stop from lots of shops. The staff were most helpful when we needed to add on a night due to our flight being cancelled. We had a great view and apartment was spacious, clean and bed was super comfy. My only comments would be it would be handy if something was provided so you could dry your washing (like an airer), there isn’t much space for clothes and it can get quite noisy with traffic but earplugs sort that out. Overall excellent stay and would highly recommend.

Perfect location for exploring Sydney. Nice design and good size room. Staff are very friendly. Decent cafe on premise and within easy access of nearby restaurants and bars. Really enjoyed my stay.

Situation... There are many restaurants and all what you need around. The Staff are really nice.

The location is great. Just one block from the train station. So it is very handy to arrive from the airport. It was excellent being able to look over Darling Harbour.

We had a lovely brught room on the 9th floor. Very clean and spacious.
