Everything about this hotel was absolute perfection! The breakfast was so plentiful with an array of yummy options both hot and cold, even mimosas! The spa was beautiful and such a nice way to recharge! The staff as well were so friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend The Moon and would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

I particularly love the authenticity of the building being hundreds of hundreds of years old and yet well cut, beautiful staff beautiful spa only lacking in the dining aspect but everything else was perfect. Highly recommend but recommend going out for dinner.

Everything was fantastic

The booking was easy! Arriving there the staff were impeccable, helpful and so professionally courteous. I had a room on the 5th floor but had to walk up a staircase to my room. I didnt have a bathtub which I really that i wished I had asked for specifically. The bed was comfortable and the room was a.perfect temperature. I had 3 windows and opening the 2 made a flow through beautiful breeze. There is a church nearby and bells ring every half hour. I found it pleasant. Also the sound of horses hooves could be heard clopping outside and it was very cozy feeling. I slept great, breakfast was good. Again, service was impeccable!

Internet struggles when in the rooms, but the rooftop bar/pool area has strong wifi and it's a much better place to setup if you have to do some light work. The views are stunning from the rooftop, you can watch the sun set and skip the tourist trap spots for that. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The bar staff makes the absolute best Aperol Spritz we found in the city as well as a Hugo Spritz (our new favorite). Breakfast is delicious and covers both local and international options. We highly recommend staying here as it's perfectly located in the city for all the major sightseeing options. Will definitely be back.

Location and hotel were great but the staff were incredible!! Nickolas was brilliant Only thing that let it down was the pool and outside area were not open for use which was very disappointing. This was advertised but for a premium hotel this was a let down and was very untidy! A little effort would have changed this and made it much better

Golden Tower was a highlight of our trip to Florence. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food available. The hotel had a high end feel compared to some of the other hotels we’ve used in Florence. The location is perfect, located across the street from the unique Teatro Odeon bookshop. I will definitely choose Golden Tower again in the future.
