The young lady who checked us in was so kind and professional. She gave us great dinner recommendations and we we ate at moo moo’s per her suggestion. We will definitely stay again when we visit Brisbane. Excellent location and pastry shop called whisk across the street.

Great location. Staff were helpful and exec lounge well worth it. Everything was clean and pool area was great as well.

Pool and spa decent. Make sure you go pool before midday, after that the sun goes behind building and you will be in shade and cold. They gave me a free drink token for a bar that was closed the entire time I was staying in the hotel. That’s a new one. She even made a big deal about giving it to me when I checked in, despite knowing it was worthless. It’s a sad old hotel now, run into the ground. Shame cause the location is great.

Room was spotless and staff were very helpful and friendly.

clean room and easy access to seaworld park, great for kids

Great view of the beach, close proximity to the lots of food and grocery store of you wish to fill the fridge instead of eating out. Bus stop not to far of your looking to catch a bus to the theme parks.
