Our stay at One Aldwych was exceptional from the moment before arrival until departure. They prepared our room early for us, as we arrived ahead of schedule. The room was tastefully decorated with soft colors, and the lighting and interior design were superb. The welcome sweets were also incredibly delicious. We are deeply grateful to the professional and hospitable staff for making our stay so comfortable. It was our first time in London, and this stay made it unforgettable. Thank you very much.

５つ星ホテルだけあって、とても素晴らしく申し分のないホテルでした。ただ、トイレの手洗いシンクからの水漏れがありどうしたものかと思いましたが、即日修繕していただき、安心しました。ホテルスタッフの対応は、皆さん笑顔で、とても紳士的でした。立地もホルボーンという最高の場所なので、機会あれば、また泊まりたいです。

立地は最高！ フロント、ドアマン、コンシェルジュスタッフは親切でフレンドリーでした。 朝食のバリエーションも豊富で楽しめました。 ハウスキーピングは、清掃は行き届いていたのですが、補充物(アメニティやトイレットペーパー)が行き届いていなかったです。 でもトータルで見るととても良い滞在でした🙆

シャワー室の水が流れない！直すか部屋を変えてほしいとフロントスタッフに伝えて直すと言われたので、観光から帰ってみると排水溝の掃除をしただけで、排水のテストはしなかったよう。 排水溝の汚れの黒いものが溢れてきた。再度、部屋を変えてほしいと言ったが受け入れられず、シャワーには苦労しました。
