The staff were very nice and informative. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Not a far walk from restaurants and entertainment. We enjoyed our stay but did hear some noisy vehicles throughout the night. Not hotel’s fault. Was a bit surprising as the street is not a high traffic street.

We did an overnight stay while joining some friends for hiking and wine tasting (not at the same time of course). The White Oaks was the perfect home base for all our excursions. I have to acknowledge all the staff as they were truly excellent in manner and helpfulness.

I quite liked staying at this hotel. It was in the same building as the music venue I was going to and so was very convenient. The hotel is connected to fallsview casino and so was close to lots of entertainment options and eating options as well.
Now for the things I didn't like was the noisy fan for the climate control and the first morning it took a while to get hot water.
