The self serve did not recoginze my Ontario Driver.licence so had to stand inline I noticed.this was happening with a number of your guests

It was nice. Our room was clean, it is just always on a a low floor and feels dated.

Beautiful and clean, helpful and pleasant staff. Wish it included WiFi without additional charge especially in this day and age. Enjoyed the cool drinks offered in the lobby. Would enjoy a complimentary coffee bar.

Friendly and helpful staff, nice room decoration, comfortable bed. The only bad thing for this stay was closure of hot tub.

Was a great hotel! Only complaint was the noise level as my room was right by the elevator which had a loud sound every time it reached my floor plus the people talking loudly waiting or getting off the elevator. I would stay here again but request to not have a room by the elevator.

Hotel lobby is very nice. Line ups and wait times to check-in/out could be improved upon. Room was nice, although, there were a few stains on our bedding. I could tell they were stains and not dirty, but linens are white - if they are stained, you should be taking them out of circulation for paying guests. I forgot a pair of earrings in the room - I know exactly where I left them . I called with no expectation of getting them back, but of course, they were 'not found'.

Wonderful staff, comfortable beds, spacious clean suites and great breakfast selections!
