CLEAN ROOM , WIFI NOT GOOD , NO TV SHOW . CLOSE TO THE BEACH

Beautiful property it started off a little overwhelming the hotel has different towers we were sent to chateau but we were actually staying in Versailles we had to come Back Down to the lobby to get right keys then the next day we asked for service around 12 returned back maybe around 3 ish and was told by the housekeeper “No” the phones didn’t work to even contact the front desk we were just over it .Im not sure if it was communicated to the housekeeper because earlier that morning we did received towels but the “NO” bothered me

Love the location The pool was nice I got to use the bikes, nice touch (rode to McDonalds for breakfast Staff was helpful Had a chance to make it to the beach and the chair rental was covered by the property The room was nice, and clean

This is our third year going to this hotel. It has never disappoint us, always has kept the high standards and all the staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. From The front desk, pool staff, room service and breakfast buffet service, they are all 5 stars. We don’t have any complains only great experiences. We love going to this hotel every year.

I had to cut my trip short unfortunately. The front desk manager was extremely helpful in resolving my issues on the property. The Tuesday crowd at a chic spa resort was a little much for me. The service from the bar wasn’t too great and my spa experience was a little jammed packed for my taste. I wanted a fun vibe without it being over the top but there was no chill. I appreciate the manager being understanding about the vibe not fitting my style. A great harbor view and the design is amazing.
