Decent hotel in good location let down by poor check in and one rude member of staff, doodling on his pad whilst claiming to be busy and being very rude when challenging. Such a shame as other staff were great. Not sure if there was a special promotion or event going on but lots of small children in hotel at the time, which I think took up some extra staff time

Hotel is in a great place , just off the main square where there are plenty of eating /drinking places. Hotel was quiet, plenty of room in the bathroom/bedroom, lovely comfortable bed and it was nice to have a couple of comfortable chairs to sit in to read etc. Didn’t use the restaurant/bar facilities. Staff went over and above with regards to service, reception/house keeping etc. I did not use the massage facilities but used the pool which was lovely, when I return to krakow I will most certainly book Hotel Stary again. Thank you hotel stary for a lovely stay
