Great boutique hotel in interesting Yaletown location close to lots of restaurants, bars and boutiques.

Phenomenal stay! We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the room and all areas of the hotel. The nightclub is a beautiful touch to the younger crowds. My finances favourite feature was the controls of the room, from a table you have access to control the shades and blinds, temp and lights. The valet service is se thing we haven’t experience until now, staff was extremely helpful and always busy. Took no longer than 5 minutes to get our car pulled up. Felt safer than having everyone park their own cars. Very very happy with our stay. Will only be staying here. Close to everything you want to do downtown with easy access

Clean, well maintained and up to date room. Parking was expensive, very tight and somewhat inconvenient to get into the parking garage. Quite a bit of street noise could be heard in the room, particularly early in the morning. Only issue was the main TV didn’t work properly and management failed to fix it after two requests. Instead they tried to gaslight us, telling us it was fixed when it wasn’t; we didn’t appreciate that.

We were booked into a room immediately above an event floor where a wedding was taking place. Loud music began at 11:30 pm and continued until after 1 am. We were not informed about this at check in or given any option to switch rooms until we phoned reception at 11:30 pm. We were told that the music would stop at midnight but it did not. The reason given was that the hotel security were unable to control the event. Very disappointed in what should have been a pleasant stay in a beautiful hotel.
