The location was good, but overall we were disappointed with our stay. We were initially told babysitting services were available, but after arrival we were told otherwise and only after repeated complaints was one babysitter arranged. Housekeeping was below expectations, with towels and linens not being changed properly and the room not cleaned well. Customer service did not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel, and our complaints were not adequately addressed.

Incredible location, close to everything. 3 restaurants next to entrance and many more in the area. The only inconvenience is the entrance is on pedestrian only street, so when you call a taxi or Uber, they will meet you across the busy street. Only some taxis break the rule and come to the door, but you never know. This is certainly not a deal breaker.

The staff were very accommodating. Provided an early check-in after a redeye flight and gave us a quiet room to catch up on our sleep. Provided great recommendations for the surrounding area and filled our water bottles before leaving the hotel on a very hot day. We will go back!

This place needs a terrible upgrade and remodel. Why is it considered a 5 star property? I know every country has different standards, but if this is a 5 star property, what's the highest star a property can receive. It's so shabby. Dirty carpets. Maze-like hallways. Think the movie "The Shining". I wouldn't stay here again.

Hotel was very nice and the rooms have beautiful views. I will say the location is surprisingly inconvenient to get in and out when you're a tourist. It's just far from public transport, plus sometimes the tunnels close so taxis have to drive extra.

The hotel was well situated in the museum quarter and the metro was also a less than 5 min walk. There are lots of bars and restaurants in the area as well. The hotel had a great view of the canal and the staff was amazing. We had a wonderful time and hotel was 10/10

My stay at ibis Schiphol Amsterdam Airport was very good. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and practical the hotel was, especially for anyone who needs to stay close to the airport. The included shuttle service runs continuously, is punctual, and is very easy to take, which makes the whole experience much more convenient. The room was good, comfortable, and perfect for a short stay near Schiphol. I also appreciated the shop on the first floor, which offers useful travel essentials and last-minute items. That was a very nice added value. The only thing I did not enjoy was the burger restaurant on the second floor. My order took around 30 minutes, even though there were only a few guests at the time. I think that service could be improved. Overall, however, my experience was very positive. It is a practical, well-organized, and highly recommended hotel for anyone who needs to stay near the airport.

The location was perfect for visiting Amsterdam. The staff was very helpful and did whatever they could to make our stay better. They gave suggestions on places to eat nearby.
