「Wir waren schon oft in dieser Unterkunft. Es gibt immer mehrer Mängel ausgerechnet in diesem Haus! Jetzt war der Kopf der Douchebrause so verkalkt, dass das Wasser überall hinspritzt. Auch läuft das Wasser zu weit in dem Badezimmer hinein. Es gibt in der Douche keine Mögklichkeit seinen Shampo oder douchegell abzustellen… Die Toiletten sind sehr sehr niedlich! Hängen fast am Boden.」

「The place was wide spread and room is difficult to find. I could not find the elevator, even if there is. I had to go up by stairs a lot with my suite case. The room facilty is old and out dated. I woke up feeling cold so the heating unit was not working correctly, at least not automatically. My expectation to NH brand was not satisfied at all. However, the hotel lobby nice and the breakfast was excellent.」

「市内の中心地から少し離れていますが、とても快適でよいホテルでした。駅からだとバスで10分弱、そこから歩いて5分くらいです。 ホテルのレストランは地元では有名なレストランのようです。朝食もおいしかったです。 残念だったのが、毎日の清掃の際に、タオルを交換してくれなかったり、アメニティーを補充してくれませんでした。受付の人はとても親切だったのですが、掃除の人は挨拶しても返してくれなかったりで、あまり対応がよくありませんでした。 エレベーターがないので、荷物が重いと苦労します。」

「Generally, entire experience was good. I wish the rooms had AC and actual windows, not the shutters. A couple things I did not like: I left the do not disturb sign all days I was there and 2 of the days housekeeping still went in the room. One of those times we were just waking up. Another issue I had was the late night reception guy was not very friendly and seemed bothered by our presence in the bar/restuarant area. One of the nights there was a man at the bar talking to him. 「アイントホーフェン駅から歩くと１０分くらいかかります。日本の一般的なビジネスホテルといった感じで、清潔感もあり全体的に特に不満はありません。　食事するのも歩いて数分のところに、たくさんレストランがありますので便利ですね。」

「アイントフォーヘン中心部で、立地も良く、新しく綺麗なホテルです。 しかしながら、アメニティは、バスタオルと、ボディソープ兼シャンプーがあるだけで、普通サイズのタオル、カップ、ドライヤーはありませんでした。 ボディソープ兼シャンプーなので、髪がパサパサになり、ドライヤーもないので、寝起きの髪型は最悪でした。また、宿泊証明は、PDFがメールで送られて来て、自分でプリントアウトしなければなりません。」
