Nice hotel - clean - well centered.-Manager was rude and aggressive. We arrived early due to flight & were resting in lobby when he accosted us. Hummm - poor guest treatment!

Parking the car involves passing two sets of automated doors remotely controlled from the hotel reception. We got stuck for 10 minutes between them. Able to get out because my wife activated the emergency button on the rear set and walked round to reception to tell them

Worst pillows and sleep ever,

Three pillows in the room with the same over-thickness instead of at least one flatter. Asked reception for a flatter pillow to be put in my room, returned late, and they hadn't done it. Slept max 2 hrs, loud air conditioner too, bed slightly slanting and probably broken, worst hotel experience ever and today the worst neck ache from the pillow. Big thumbs down. Pillows should not be that thick. Ridiculous management who obviously doesn't think. Had to make a pillow in middle of night out of sofa cushion.

Great affordable spot in the heart of Eindhoven.

Great location in walking distance of many city attractions. Very helpful staff. The room was big and comfortable. Only downside was the shower, which is in the room. It had semi see through glass. If you're traveling with friends and you're not comfortable being exposed, it can be tricky. We managed by taking turns in the shower while the other person went to the lobby/hangout area. Otherwise the place was great. Clean, comfortable, and it has luggage storage before and after check in/ out.

Comfortable stay

I had a very comfortable stay here. The lounge area was warm and cozy. You can sit there and eat or work or chat with friends. Room was clean and in good condition. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Die Fotos sehen gut aus

Anders als angegeben ist kein wirkliches Frühstück verfügbar. Lediglich ein kleiner 'Laden' wo man sich Kaffee und abgepacktes Brot kaufen kann ist vorhanden. Der Check-In am Automaten hat nicht funktioniert. Die Tiefgarage kostet 25€ / Nacht. Beim Boden im Zimmer ist lediglich der blanke Estrich mit Farbe gestrichen - muss man mögen, ich mag es nicht. Die Dusche ist direkt neben dem Bett, das Duschwasser bildet eine Pfütze im Zimmer. Positiv fand ich das bequeme Bett und die zentrale Lage. Fazit: wer ohne Auto anreist und morgens nichts frühstückt findet hier eine günstige Unterkunft.
