Reservations are limited for accommodations. Staff was kind but wouldn’t book again. A lot of construction is around property and uber drivers kept getting lost. Rooms are spacious but had issues with TV and although breakfast was paid for I wasn’t on the list. Small things that serve as an inconvenience happened.

I didn't get my room cleaned, and even though I requested it, I was told that they could not clean it due to a staff shortage and their new sustainable rules. They couldn't do it even if it took them only 5 minutes. The restaurant closed on Sunday and Monday for lunch and dinner. The only positive comment about the Reception Stuff is that they have tried so much to help me, but due to their cleaners, their hands are tied.

Visiting the hotel was a joy in every way: the rooms are clean and comfy, the staffs are very friendly and open to questions, the breakfast was delicious and you had many options. We were a group of 4 between 24 and 29, all of us had a very good time at the hotel, especially when we made a tour with bikes we lent from the hotel (18 € per day per bike) wich made the way into the city much easier as the location of the Radisson Blu Hotel is on the outskirts of Amsterdam.
