"The two gentlemen working the front desk were very helpful from the moment I checked in! I unfortunately did not get their names to shout them out personally. My room was ready for me early which was appreciated after a long travel day and one of the workers carried my luggage to my room. The room itself was nice and the air conditioning was wonderful. They left a bag of clean towels and water outside my room every day as well. They provided restaurant recommendations and offered to book taxis when I was going to the Harry Styles concert. If I’m ever back in Amsterdam, I will definitely be back!"
