"Check in was difficult. The 3pm check-in was firm and with so many flights arriving in the morning, there were dozens waiting for 3pm to arrive to get their keys. Our reservation also specifically stated queen bed, but when we got to our room with two twin beds we were told, “that’s what we have, we don’t guarantee any bed type”. After that everything was very good. Room was clean, location was nice with a lot of things within walking distance."

"Absolutely loved this hotel. Stunning property, very well maintained. Staff were exceptional, happy to help in any way we needed. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Decor is beautiful. Our room overlooked the canal with large windows to open and enjoy the views. Breakfast was wonderful too, nice selection of hot and cold items. Bar area in the evening was excellent. Nice location with quite a few excellent eateries close by."
