Good location, very helpful and friendly staff. My room was very clean and spacious. Room is nice, bathroom is beautiful, water pressure was strong.

A well-appointed, well-run luxury property. The staff were all attentive, from opening the door every time we entered, to the check-in person, to the breakfast buffet waiters. The breakfast buffet is truly wonderful: a wide selection of fresh items, made-to-order omelets, and a variety of beverages. The location of the hotel is convenient as well, close to bus stops and metro stations. I highly recommend!

Great hotel with excellent breakfast. Breakfast was super good considering its price of NT600 for its guests. Its location is also great - subway is just across the street. There are several excellent coffee shops surrounding this hotel. There are also some very good local restaurants nearby (5 minutes walking) that are very good for traditional breakfast. It is also not far from the LiaoNing night market. It has a spa and a swimming pool. Service was really good as well. I will definitely recommend it.

Very unique japanese experience and beautiful surrounding scenery

Good : Helpful staff, clean room, centrally located and 5 minutes walk to Taipei Main Station and malls. Needs improvement: room 1007. - water keeps leaking into the toilet that flush itself. Sometimes, we can not flush the toilet due to the water tank is not full for flushing. We had reported the problem to the staff to fix the toilet but the problem is still there. The air conditioning takes long time to cool the room. The plumbing makes sound during our stay there for 3 nights that disturbs sleeps.

Highly recommended! What an excellent experience. Their staffs are super helpful, courteous and willingness to assist with happy smiles. Food is excellent and tons of activities. Must stay!

Room is good but the light control is somehow weird, it turned on all of the lights automatically by three times.

Very cosy and homely feel

Nice location and friendly staff. Great breakfast choices and qualities. Downside is slow internet speed, sluggish browsing. Guest room seems a bit aged and needs some renovation.
