Elephanta Island Yoga Vacations

I stayed at IRA by Orchid for 7 days, and unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. The property is in desperate need of TLC. We faced issues with room cleanliness and extremely low water pressure in the sink. While the staff did eventually move us to a different room after 3 days of complaining, no compensation or apology for the initial discomfort was offered. Additionally, the breakfast was very repetitive; in a week-long stay, there was zero change to the menu. The biggest disappointment, however, was the staff’s inability to listen to guest complaints—they seem to acknowledge the issue but don't take proactive steps to fix it. For the price and the brand name, I expected much better service and maintenance.

Great food, clean room, attentive staff

The Four Seasons is a gorgeous well located hotel in Mumbai. They are more than 70% through their renovation program. While there are aspects of the old Four Seasons that I miss, the new decor is sumptuous… as one would expect from Four Seasons. The service is attentive and personalised. I can’t wait to return!

Excellent service, great room size, awesome people everywhere

Was given smoking room initially but promptly moved to non smoking after informing, good breakfast, staff was helpful, needs some improvement as water gets all over the bathroom floor, should have enough amenities when booked for two guests.
