it is a design property in the downtown centre, which is convenient. However, the signage, in particular inside the room is terrible. It takes time to work out what button is for what. It is not internationally standardised but a uniquely designed and developed most likely by the hotel. And that is the problem. Guests tend to be tired after flight and just want to settle in and relax. Yet, it takes ages to work out how the buttons work and are responsible for what, which can be frustrating.
While the staff are helpful, if guests seek assistance, but who want to call the staff to seek assistance if you can self-work out?

The Property is very tidy,clean & well organised.
The Staff at the Executive Lounge are superiors & very kind specially Ms Candy Tian.Really taking care of the guest & do their utmost best to make the Guests very happy & enjoy their stay.
Myself & my 15 Years Old son thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
We are coming back on the 9th of September ,for sure we stay again at the same Hotel.

Good location, nice staff and excellent service. The breakfast buffet was a big plus to us. The only thing I was not impressed was the airport drop off service. The driver was not professional at all (plate number ending 35335). The car was 15 minutes later than our scheduled pickup time. The driver never got out of the car to help us with the luggage loading. The hotel staff was helping instead. The driver was eating tomato and cucumbers with one hand driving the entire ride. After we got to the airport, he continued eating and never communicated or got out of the car to help.
I was very pleased with everything this hotel offered except the airport ride.
