The room and service were perfect! Anything I needed, delivered. You can’t expect anything less when staying at the biltmore. They made my birthday very special. From the best seat at Fontana, to getting the perfect room with a little balcony, champagne waiting for me at the room one night. Best birthday stay thus far! I come every year for my bday! And will continue to do so! Thank you all.

I’ve stayed here several times and it is always great. The new restaurant Aviv was amazing and the staff all around the property were friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Ari for going above and beyond and for her attention to detail to ensure we had an amazing experience. I’ll definitely be back soon.

This hotel was amazing. Very clean and comfortable. The staff very friendly and always there for anything you need. My only complaint is that the valet fee at $50 was a bit steep, compared to other hotels nearby. Would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the heart of Brickell.

Always love our time at the Loews. Sadly Pietro is no longer working at the front but we did get to say hi to him which made our trip. Such an amazing place to stay with family.

Wow,what a phenomenal experience! Just a gorgeous hotel with excellent service. Fantastic restaurants. Real class and professional staff, and the amenities are amazing. Matthew Williams the director of front office made our stay exra special.He surpassed all of our expectations and congratulations to him. Alisa Geller,front office manager was kind and professional. We would definitely be back. Highly recommend!
