The desk staff at check could have been more welcoming. Didn't explain not one thing of the hotel. It was our first time in Europe, I had to come back down to learn how to turn on light in room. They gave me the pool towel cards. But never told me where to return pool towels. Upon check out they asked me for the towels that I had already turned in to the floor house keeper. They explained the restaurant hours or breakfast. The room TV didn't have the ability to change language to English.

Warm welcome, a little rundown on corridors. Shame no outdoor pool.

The level of service and hospitality was fantastic

Loved, loved, loved this hotel. Very helpful staff, great shower & bed, fabulous breakfast, great location in Old Port AND they have A/C. Highly recommend if you’re going to be in Marseille!!

The hotel location is good but not worth as its bit costly. they gave me back side room in their old building which is not worth Euro 250. Additionally, I have paid Euro 50 for the deposit, which I have not received after 6-7 days.

O hotel é lindo, limpo, tem ótimo restaurante e café da manhã. Cama e banho ótimos. Mas as recepcionistas são muito mal educadas. Diferente dos outros funcionários, que são educados, simpáticos e muito solicitos em ajudar.
