Very good experience

All staff very kind, most of them speak English. Morning buffet is very complete, they have a wide variety of food from different cuisines. From the front desk, chefs, waiters, hotel porters, all very polite. We would stay here again.

Nice hotel. Very spacious room. Breakfast was great with a lot of varieties. Only negative it was not cool enough in the room. Thermostat set at 23-25 Celsius.

Great place, clean, warming service and staffs

Well located good quality hotel, not far from Tiananmen and the Forbidden City; a five minute walk to the Wanfujing shopping strip (the building with the Apple Store has many restaurants on levels 5 & 6). Pool and gym area is truly exceptional by any hotel standard anywhere. Bar is ok but very adequate. Service was efficient and friendly. Concierge lady was a delight, with excellent English.
