Although is older than my stay 2 years ago but still in good condition. Rare to find a hotel aircon thermostat is working.
Super convenient to walk to exhibition (max 5min) and linked to their own Mall. All you need is within the hotel and mall.
However, this is a 5* hotel the price is 5* as well.

Staff needs better training
Overall services is not too bad, but not up to Fairmont standard. The hotel is on the lake side with good scenery, but not convenient if you don't drive.
