Super hotel, staff can’t do enough to make the stay seamless. Close to the station for getting around and unbelievably quiet for London! Will definitely return!

There was no indication that the property is under some kind of construction. It is difficult to find the check in desk as the lobby is mostly walled off and there are no signs and frequently no staff to direct you to check in. Also neither of the things I asked for by email prior to check in (empty mini bar fridge and add a fan) were there. The hotel then took several attempts to make both things happen and the attempt to make amends with free wine and water ignored the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. The hotel staff is nice but often hapless and tripping over each other: for example my room was serviced beautifully but I got a note slipped under the door saying they tried to service the room but couldn’t.

This is a fantastic hotel. Exceptional staff and service.

Vibrant hotel in London, close to an excellent area and many little pubs and cafes. Cross the millennium bridge only a few minutes away and you’re at the Tate museum and on the southbank wall towards the London eye. I’ve absolutely loved it. My room was fantastic and a very good size. Just add smoked salmon at breakfast please! I’ll definitely come back.

Really love this hotel. The staff is exquisite, helpful polite, and eager to help even without you asking. The managers are superbly trained and they almost read your body language from a distance to come and check on what needs to be done. Very attentive! Renovated property that is like an oasis in the middle of a challenging city. My too was very bright, overlooking Hyde park. Really loved everything about this place and would come again.

Amazing staff, amazing building

Can I give 6 stars? These folks were great, my room.was lovely, and it is literally on top.of the tube station which is also helpful of you are traveling with bags. Excellent stay!
