Cleaners were great but reception staff was, ag

The staff was good, property clean but lacked small amenities that I expected for a family apartment. Little things like proper cooking basics: toaster, utensils like cheese grater, dish cloths, garbage bags would have made a huge difference. Location was near a couple tube stations. Size of family apartment was good overall. Clean towels provided and light housekeeping Dailey, full clean four days into our stay. Overall good value.

Lovely stay, we had an issue with the first room which was dealt woth promptly. A little outdated with furnishings but lovely and clean and quiet, great for walking

Good location. Very well kept. Bright and clean. Everything you need for a short stay.

The staff was amazing. The room was clean and great amenities. Location is outstanding for exploring Christmas lights. Everything was pretty much walkable.
