Very good service overall

Front Desk personnel were mediocre. Hotel was very clean and well kept.

We could not sleep well on room 239 because we could hear all the foot steps in our ceiling from the 3rd floor at all times

The property was pretty standard and unremarkable. Basic hotel in an area convenient to MetLife Stadium. There was a shuttle service offered to the stadium for $20 pp each way which was handy although it took about an hour and a half to get back to the hotel (2.5 miles away) after the event. Maybe not the hotel's fault due to traffic but there were not enough shuttles and they were overcrowded.

The property is dated but the location is very convenient. Easy access to Prudential Center on foot, as well as Newark airport and NYC by public transit.

Close to two subway stations to get into Manhattan. Rooms were clean and spacious.

I only stayed one night but the room served its purpose. It was clean and decent, the front desk lady was very helpful and nice, but the breakfast should've been included, I had to pay a separate fee for that, very limited parking but other than that, my stay was fine. I would stay again if I needed to.

The area was very lively and welcoming. The staff were great and the scenery was wonderful.
