Could’ve used more staff to help in the restaurant on the Saturday night. The one bartender did his best but definitely could’ve used help on the rainy day and with the Bruno Mars concert being cancelled.
Check out was too long as well. The two clerks were busy but then people wanted to have their bags held and the one lady had to go help them and then she had a line up. Should’ve had more staff for how busy it was.

I wouldn’t stay here until the water problems are fixed. The water in the hand basin was a trickle, the water was shut off in the whole condo from 9-5 two days out of the 4 that I was there, the first time I was given no warning.

The room had amazing views but the elevator system was terrible. We waited almost 40 minutes one morning to get down from the 42 floor. I heard they only had 2 working elevators.
