My husband and I had a very relaxing stay. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive.

Loved every minute spent there

Room was great, Staff was excellent, bartender terrific. It's next to Deep ellum so loud but it's also right next to Komodo (lots of commotion )and the traffic in the front is absolutely terrible, especially on the weekends.

Overall, great stay and extremely satisfied with hotel. A few pros: The staff are welcoming but some of the youngsters are a bit loony. The overall appearance and architecture is to die for; the hardwood floors and classis Titanic era style captivates your longing to lounge around all day in the foyer. A few cons: The food is mid tier and could use a little more fixing up. We had the steak fritz and the meat wasn't the highest grade. (French Room Bar) The French Room Bar was dark and dimly lit, so if you want to see your food, do not eat here. In contrast, the French Room Tea Room is well lit and shines bright like the sun. The room was overall great. Huge space to do many activities, large walk in closest and large bathroom. The toilet paper could be a little softer, but the overall stay was fantastic. We stayed here because we went to the Dallas Symphony House.
