Pillows were terrible They lack staff only one was available and was not cooperative or helpful

Such nice people and experience for our first trip to Paris. Booked last minute and so glad I did! Had amazing pastries and drinks every day with a beautiful quaint aesthetic. Room was great and service was absolutely lovely!

The room was nice but extremely tiny making it difficult to open suitcases. Breakfast was very average for a Parisian hotel.

Loved checking into this hotel. Whoever was the woman at reception on the 16th of July, 2025 is spectacular at her job. She made me feel incredibly special. And made me look forward to coming back to the hotel with the family. The entire staff is very nice including super nice restaurant staff. Speaking of which their hotel restaurant is not to be missed! It’s more art than food. Or both :) The hotel is a little oasis in the middle of Paris. Almost forgot to mention the little open space/terrace rooms have perfect places for reading. Cozy as can be. The entire vibe of the room felt something out of a storybook.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I cannot recommend it enough! The location is absolutely perfect, situated within walking distance of all the major attractions and shops. Despite being so close to everything, the hotel is nestled away from all the noise, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. The staff here is top-tier and truly amazing. From the moment we arrived at the front desk, Amin, Emily, Paul, and Livo made us feel right at home. Amin particularly stood out, going above and beyond to ensure we felt like family after all our excursions each day.  Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay, thanks to Julia, who served as an outstanding host. She remembered our orders every morning and consistently went the extra mile for us. It's clear that each staff member is dedicated to making a personal connection with their guests, which made our experience all the more special. Our room was simply gorgeous, complete with beautiful balconies that offered lovely views. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and I can’t wait to return!

The room was very clean and quiet. Just down the road from the Moulin Rouge and metro stop just down the way. A bit far to walk from the main city center but all-in-all would stay here again.

Great location and buffet breakfast. Love the shuttle to Disney.

Excellent hotel, in an excellent location for Montmartre/Pigalle. Beautifully decorated interior, sometimes the reception is the high point and the rooms less impressive, not here - our top floor room was amazing, with top quality furnishings and 3 small terraces with views of Sacre Coeur - an added bonus. All the staff were friendly and helpful and made us feel really relaxed. Excellent breakfast too. We would definitely come back.
