Had a truly memorable and unforgettable time at the resort. The property is beautiful with lots of cute animals, the food every day is excellent, and the service is simply wonderful. Our butlers, Norma & Cath, attended to everything that we needed quickly, and Francisco treated us every night with special, delicious dishes. We felt like princesses at the hotel! Would totally recommend to anyone who wants a relaxing, peaceful getaway.

We spent 8 nights at Secrets Maroma Beach and had a fantastic time. The property is beautiful, staff are friendly and attentive, food was great, and they offer a variety of activities and nighttime entertainment. We did several upcharge activities including a pool cabana, beach Bali bed, romantic dinner on the beach, and a couples massage at the spa. All were wonderful. We have stayed at other all inclusives in the area and thought that the pool concierge at this resort did a great job enforcing their rule around chair saving. Starting at 9am, they watch closely for who shows up and who doesn’t, and they will remove items if it gets to be 45+ minutes and the people haven’t shown up. Although if you check in with them, they will give you a bit longer if you are just stepping away for a bit to grab breakfast or lunch. We never left the pool area do lunch because they offer fantastic options right there that you can just grab and eat at your pool chair. One day was tacos, another was sushi, one day was barbecue, and they did seafood day. Pool staff do a great job coming around and offering drink service. Our beach day was relaxing, but there was a lot of sargassum so we didn’t go into the water. It was unfortunate, but that’s not something the resort can control. They had a team out all day each day trying to clear it all out, but it was coming in so heavy that they had a hard time keeping up with it. Overall we had a wonderful stay and loved the resort. Will definitely be back!
