Staff was very professional. The bed was nice. The "rainfall" shower head was awesome. Proximity to Boston's North End was great. Valet parking was great. Hot chocolate station and hot apple cider & donuts in the lobby was a nice seasonal touch. Bartender was friendly for a nightcap. The room/bathroom configuration is a little weird, bathroom is separated from the bed by a sliding barn door, looks kind of cool but there's no privacy when using the bathroom. The mini fridge was missing from the room. Some of the outlets in the room were damaged and didn't work for our phone chargers. The hotel was experiencing flooding in some rooms due to heavy snow. The room across the hallway was being worked on for flood damage and workers & dryers were noisy. When we were packing up for checkout we realized a corner of our own room was wet from flooding, it had soaked through my luggage and my clothes were wet.

Outstanding. Definitely the best hotel I have ever stayed at and I've been all over the world. The hotel room was perfect but what shined was the impeccable service. The Boston Harbor Hotel had an amazing staff who were personable, always available and willing to assist in any way. Truly a gem.
