Great location. Within walking distance to all venues and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. Valet parking was a little pricey but turned out to be worth the cost.

Absolutely amazing stay here! First time and was everything we asked for and more! Love the extra little niceties and the staff was super nice and accommodating. Will definitely be back!

Courteous staff and clean room

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff.

Our room was extremely comfortable. We also were afforded an early check-in which was super convenient.

The staff is lovely and the property gorgeous. The room could have been more complete (no slippers to be found and no in-room mini bar amenities, which was surprising). The grounds are pristine and peaceful.

Clean, well appointed room. Great location. Available parking (for a fee) was anlso a big plus. Only negative was the noise from the light rail train outside. Suggest people request a room on the other side of the building from the light rail track.

A1 as always, I have come to love this hotel and stay here pretty much every time I visit NYC now. They never let me down, always exceeding expectations, keep up the great work….

Excellent service from all of the inhouse team including front desk managers, and night audit. transportation shuttle driver was very good as well.
