Great staff. Rooms were very well designed

The hotel is beautiful and in a wonderful location. The restaurant and all the hotel staff were kind and inviting. A must stay while in Copenhagen

We loved our stay and the staff was very accommodating. The only done side, is that there is no AC (those coming from the US), but its a thing. However, they do offer and provide fans.

Loved the free drink hours in the lobby at 17:00 and 22:00!

This is a well appointed property. We stayed in the tower hoping for a view like the one in the picture - obviously only on 1 side of the tower. We did not get this view. This was slightly disappointing as that was one of the reasons we booked this place. The property is probably quieter than many areas but still we had music pumping till 1-2am. I think when colder not a problem as the windows would not have been open. But still slightly annoying but out of the control of the hotel I think. The shower was fantastic. Bed was comfy. The oven was finnicky to use but got there in the end. So not perfect but I would still recommend. Did not use gym and pool but both looked excellent. Location was good - near Juno bakery and there was a great grocery store on the Nordhavn metro side of the tracks as well as a Lidl in the same spot.

Did not like being in a room next to the lift as very noisy but everything else was fine
