We only stayed one night because we had a very early flight to BWI the next morning but the room was nice and clean. We had drinks at the bar and had food at the bar. Staff was friendly and the food was good.

This was the ideal location for exploring the museums, the Capitol, and the monuments. Close to Penn Quarter’s great restaurants. A block Lafayette Square and the White House. Staff were welcoming and accommodating. We enjoyed outdoor dining in addition to a brasserie.

Not only is it luxurious and friendly, but you'll find at least 5 taxis by it at any time (a definite plus when certain Metro lines are being repaired).
