Room was actually a good size, clean and modern. Staff were nice and supportive. The only issue is ask for a higher floor if possible or a room not facing the city as every morning from 3:30am onwards you will hear deliveries for the fresh food market at Box Hill Central. Very loud. Still i would stay here again, just hopefully different room. Its a good location in Box Hill

Fantastic accommodation, especially for what I paid. Clean. Quiet. Easy tram access. Managed to get in after hours with a call to the late night service team who were helpful. Recommended.

A very cool hotel in a great location, right on the waterfront. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and well appointed room, AMAZING gym, great bar, cafe and restaurant. Sadly we didn’t have time to experience the spa but it looked lovely! We would definitely stay again :).

The staff were amazing. Helpful, friendly, and excellent service! The hotel was not a high end hotel, but it was clean, great set up with two bedrooms, great restaurant for a bite to eat and excellent service at the hotel bar. This was a transitional night for us before flying out of Tullamarine airport. It was very affordable and exceeded my expectations!

The staff could be more friendly, my son is a professional pianist, when he asked if he can play the piano in the lobby, he didn’t give us a nice response and was trying to limit him, so he eventually didn’t play at all. Also the swimming pool was not clean in terms of the germs on the walls. I took a few photos and showed them to the reception person. I’m happy to send the photos to you if it’s needed.

I had two nights where my room had cigarette smoke that had come from an Adjoining room to the point I needed to wash clothes that were out in my room. One of those nights I had to find alternative accommodation as the smell was overwhelming and the front desk staff said their was nothing they could do. Every year for the last 10 year I spend around a month in this hotel however this may be the last as the quality has dropped substantially

Clean room, friendly staff, clean common areas. Some plates and cups in the dining area where nos properly washed
